Hi,
i m setting up enterprise edition. I created the database for AE. while I m connecting AE database during installation i m encountered this type error which i mention below attachment. even i can give correct credentials for required DB. it’s not allowed to connect.please help me.

Kindly check if port 1433 is open for inbound and outbound call

In addition to that, please check if the TCP port number is static as it is mentioned in the below page.
