While trying to run the .exe file for installation of AssistEdge Community Edition, it’s getting failed after Progress of 20%. I tried it in 2 machines, but got the same issue.

I have installed version 18 from open internet and received a License file to my registered mail after installation. When AssistEdge prompts for License file, I’m uploading it. But the License validation is failed showing below error message.
