In case of Production, if there is an issue in one out of five robot in new environment, then how do we rollback to old environment. Do we bring the old environment up and running or fix the Robot which is down?

In case of Production, if there is an issue in one out of five robot in new environment, then how do we rollback to old environment. Do we bring the old environment up and running or fix the Robot which is down?

Any applied patch can be rolled back from Control tower > Update Management screen,

In case you have done a version upgrade then lower version robot will not run with upper version server side component
