How to send messages to Slack channel from Assist Edge RPA

Hi Team,

Is there any activity that helps for sending slack notification through Assist Edge RPA, like we send messages in outlook mail. If not any, is it possible to implement through REST API activity.

Does the slack channel expose an API to perform the use case.

or Do you want to do UI based automation

Not UI based automation. It’s like posting messages to slack channel with using any activity available in AE studio.

Hi,

Check for Slack API documentation and see if they expose any API for doing the same. You can call the API via Studio. There is no out of box activity in Studio for doing the same
