How to pass value from excel to SAP

My requirement is to read a value from excel and send the value to SAP i.e. sending the value to a text box in SAP.

Use Excel Loop and do argument mapping with the excel loop argument in script recorder activity

Thanks amit,
I tried with mapping from excel argument and tehn mapped it to the sap recorder inside setting and mapped to input mapping. This way it is working. So is it the correct way or we have to do from script only
