How to handle pop-up/textbox that is not constant

Hi Team,

I have web application where a particular pop-up message and a text box appears only from 20th of the month to 31st of the month .
How to implement this, I mean something which is not constant everytime.

Hi,

Before performing any UI operation on pop up using Control Exists interaction check whether pop up exists. Only if pop up exists perform the action
