Getting error while running Save As File Operations in Automation Studio

Hi,

Getting error “Operation Unavailable (Expression from HRESULT: 0x800401E3(MK_E_Unavailable)” while running Save As File Operations in Automation Studio.

This error is occurring for both Word and Excel files. Please help.

Hi,

Are you trying to save file to a location for which you don’t have right or where Admin rights is required. for ex: C drive

No, trying to save in D drive.

Exception which you have mentioned is related to your access to either file or the file path where you are saving. Also, ensure that file is not used by any process
