I have install AE community edition in D drive. On the same system, i login in by using different username and password and trying to open the tool by uploading the license but facing below issue.
Even thought MAC address is same, why am getting this error?
Please help to provide solution.

For different user different license needs to be generated. License also checks your user id.

While registration, I have provided the same id on which am facing license issue. With other user id, am able to run the tool successfully.
So is this is the case that, Once we download AE community edition, while installing it checks for user id and then we will recieve license file over mail?
Because, i have install the tool by using 2nd id on which am able to run tool successfully.
