Hi,
Ensure that you have generated correct license and are uploading the same.
The error indicates that “User Id” given during registration is different from the one that is being used on this machine to launch the Studio.
Can you run command “whoami” on a command prompt and confirm that its output is the same as that was used when registering for download?

Yes. I copied the user id which is shown in whoami command. I tried again to generate the license file. Still getting the same error.

If you are doing copy paste of user id then check if you inadvertently adding space or otherwise. Same with mac id
Yes. Verified that there are no spaces or additional characters. Also generated the license file again. Still no avail.
