Excel loop || No matching bindings are available

Hi ,

I am trying excel loop in a VM. Web application automation is working fine for me. But when I try excel automation. It is throwing an error in the excel loop saying “No matching bindings are available, this type is not bindable”. PFA the screenshot of the issue.

Can you tell the version of Office installed on the VM and the OS of the VM?

Hi @Mantri,

We cant use MS Office in VM due to license issues. We are using the OpenOffice application for excel usage.

Open office support is not provided with the product.

As Amit mentioned, @dinesh.baratam you’ll need Microsoft Excel installed in the VM as Excel loop utilizes Excel DLLs.
