EVA bot issue-appliction gets signed out

hi all
i created a process and deployed that procees. in AE the process is completely running fine. while running in EVA bot it gets failed. the first step in the process file operations is running fine and then the webapplications gets back to the login page(the application gets signed out automatically) again ad the next step(which is click operation gets failed ). but overall the process is successful.please reply ASAP please

Hi,

When the process runs in Eva bot it call the reset process first and then automation process. If you have not created reset process explicitly then default reset is called and user is redirected to landing screen.

Kindly create a reset process for the application that you are using and then run process in Eva bot, This will resolve your issue
