Error during export in Community Edition

Using AssistEdge Community edition, I have created a process and it is working fine. While publishing or deploying the process, even though it’s getting published/deployed respectively, I am getting the error “Error occurred while taking process backup”. Furthermore, when I try to export the process, I am getting the error as ‘export failed’.

Are you using Microbot within your process?
Please check if the process Microbot is getting exported from AssistEdge because I have seen this error when my Microbot was getting exported and hence the process backup and import also failed.
