DB installation failed while installing AssistEdge Community Edition

Hi,

I am not able to install Assist Edge community edition in the VM. I tried installing multiple times everytime itsshowing same error. PFB the error inside Installerlog file. The VM has all required permissions including read and write permissions. But still it is not working.

Hi @dinesh.baratam

I hope you’re installing the Community Edition after downloading it from the Community Dashboard page.

Ensure all the below points for the download & installation to be successful -

Ensure all the pre-requisite of Community Edition such as Visual C++ Redistributable and .Net Framework 4.6+ is installed on the VM.
Please check if there are any network restrictions. Configure the required proxy by contacting your network team.
