How does the credential manager determine which users and roles have permission to access the information ?
AssistEdge Enterprise 19.1 has Role based access control (RBAC) to credential management - that enables Administrators to specify roles that authorizes users to access “Credential Management”.
For RBAC of Credential Management, you can navigate to -
Admin → Configuration → Manage Role → Specify Role Access → “Access Area - Bot Reporting & Monitoring” → “Control Tower Tabs” → “Credential Management”
