I have created a process in automation studio, which runs fine. Now to move that into production, i have created a bot in admin module control tower, and i also created a trigger. But when i start the bot, it launched the SAP application, signing in but futher there is no reaction. This is an automation process and NOT load gen process. it includes getting input from excel and process those data in SAP. Please help in solving this issue

Which aversion are you using and raise a ticket in JIRA for support if it is an enterprise edition
