Control Tower is opening as Blank

Admin module link is accessible but after opening the control tower, it appears as blank with no data. It only shows the brown (background colour) page.

Control Tower feature is not provided as part of community Edition.
For enterprise edition raise ticket in Support JIRA. RCA of your issue is that CT is not running

Can you please share the steps/screenshots to create Users in Admin module so that we can use the details (credentials) of created user to login in AssistEdge studio.

Hi,

Post login in Admin Module Navigate to User Management > Manage User. There you can either add users one by one or do a bulk upload of users.

You can refer product manual for further details

Hi Amit,

I have tried the existing users with their Unique Id but when I click on search, it shows no data found. Can you please suggest how to find Unique Id for existing users or to create the same for new users.
