Configuring BECS

Hi Team,

I am configuring a tool named BECS. I tried it with Windows Application, Win popup handler and also application host but nothing is working. No field is getting configured (Files, Edit , Tools, Run etc ) . or the names of files, its not even able to perform simple click.
and shows error Target Window not Found

HI,

Is it some proprietary application. Can you identify the UI framework on which it is build ( Win 32 / WPF/ [Universal Windows Platform (UWP)] ) or any other platform
