Hi,

I see lot of operational reports in the AssistEdge reporting platform. Is there a way by which I can create capture business metrics and create a business report.

In Automation Studio, there’s a Business Metrics activity available which can help you to capture desired business metrics.

The captured data will be stored in the the Elastic index out of which you can create a custom report.
