Hi Team,

While Deploying the process, I see the fields of Avg Manual Process Time, SLA & Expected Execution Time.

What is the use of these values. How will they help me? Can you provide me the example of these values?

I can see the details of SLA Compliance in the reporting platform.

But I was not able to find the field related to Manual Process Time and Expected Execution Time. Which Reports should I refer to?
