Automation studio of AssistEdge community edition 18.0 is not opening

Hi,
I am not able to open Automation studio, It is stuck at automation studio initializing window from long time.
Kindly check and confirm. Thank you.

hi,

Kindly check your system resource consumption. (CPU and memory utilization). There appears to be some issue for db initialization on your machine.

Kindly restart your system and check if issue is persistent

Thanks for the reply @amit_anand15. I have restarted many times, but the issue is still the same. Can you tell me what exactly the issue is, and what can be done for the same??

Hi,

DB is not able to initialize. One of the reason can be that it is unable to acquire required port to start due to some another program using the port.

Kindly check if port # 5432 is being used by some another program in your machine
