Automating PopUps appearing in an application

Hi,

I see two activities - PopUp Handler and WinPopUp handler for automating pop-ups. Which one should I use to automate a pop-up window appearing on the webex window.

The WebEx window that that you’re referring to, whether it’s a web Application of WebEx or a thick client of WebEx?

Because I tried automating WebEx Web application, but my elements were not getting identified.
