Authentication failed. contact system administartor

Post installation when we trying to open the Automation studio we are getting this error.

Hi Niharika,

Close the information window.Now try to open it from system tray by right clicking on the AE Icon.Select automation studio.

If you still get the same error then please restart your machine and then launch it.

I tried to open from system tray , restarted my Laptop & tried launching it. Still facing the same issue.

Hi,

we are using SAPFEWSELib.dll files for SAP GUI scripting for 760 version
will this add-on supports 760 version.

Hi niharika,

If you have added some new SAP dlls then please remove those and then try to launch the studio. It will launch.

If still you get the error then please paste the studio logs on the forum.

Hi Niharika,

It seems the application was not properly installed.

Please uninstall the community edition and reinstall. Then give it a try.
