Assitedge community edition not working after installation in VM

Hi Team,

I have installed AE in VM and when I try to open the AE it gives pop up “ Application cannot be started please check the logs “ .I couldn’t get any information from logs.

I have even restarted VM and entire system though still the issue same. Kindly Please help

Hi @mundarinti.veeresh

It is recommended that you install the product directly from the community portal.
In case you have the installation package, you’ll have to install all the pre-requiste software and then install the community edition.
