Assitedge is not opening, tried many times. After clicking Automation Studio its displaying as initializing but its not opening.

It appears that DB service is not able to start. What is the OS on you are installing. Are you running any db service (like MySQL / PostGre) on the machine

In order to debug
- Stop Assist Edge Comm Edition completely
- Navigate to \ EdgeVerve Systems Limited\AssistEdge_CE\DBFiles
- You will find AssistEdge_DB.log. Take back up of the file and remove it
- Open command prompt in admin mode in same directory
- Type command StartAEDB.bat
- Type command StatusAEDB.bat
Check if you are getting any error. Capture the data in log file generated and share the same

Assistedge is not opening and i need to do some changes in the bot which is deployed and publised.Is there any way to access the BOT which was Published? If i install Assistedge in another machine can i get the bot created before.

On which ever machine you deploy it will have fresh instance of Studio and bot for that system.
