AssistEdge community edition

We are trying to download the AssistEdge community edition since last 4-5 days but ending up with an error “Request timeout. Please download again”

The timeout issue occurs becuase of network firewall.
It seems your firewall is restricting the communciation with AE server to download Community Edition.

If you are in a specific organization’s environment, please check with your network team and update our internet proxy.

After successful installation, tried to upload saved license(.dat) file. But getting as invalid license file. Please assist on this.

If the installation would have been smooth, you’ll not be required to upload the license file.
Can you please try re-installing.
