Assistedge Asking for License file

Hi team,

While I was using the tool , it suddenly stopped responding and closed by itself.
When I tried opening it again its asking to upload license, I have uploaded the existing license its showing as invalid license.
I also received a mail that license would be valid for 365 days.

Please suggest a solution to this?, and is it possible to retrieve deployed processes(I have not exported it).

Facing similar issue. AE asking for license, when license file upload is done, this is the error

Kindly reregister and regenerate the license.

How to regenerate license file with out reinstalling the tool.

You will need to uninstall and reinstall the product

3 times , 2 instalations. How i could check the error´s origin?
