Assist Edge Community Edition Download Failure

Hi,

We are trying to download the AssistEdge community edition since last 4-5 days but ending up with an error “Request timeout. Please download again”

We also checked other threads regarding installation on AE forum which states network related issue & hence we tried switching with several other networks too but could not manage to download AE community edition.

Requesting you to please suggest the best possible solution to overcome this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Ensure that you are downloading over a network with good internet speed. It will fail if it is not able to download file within 10 minutes

It is because of less internet speed
