Application id is locked while trying to edit or import the process in automation studio

when i’m trying to import the process it is throwing an error saying the process is locked by user"XXX", so cannot import.

But in automation studio we do not have any saved or published version of that process. Not sure why its getting this error.

could you please help me on this issue.

Is this issue related to Enterprise or Community edition
