AE community edition installation issue in office desktop

While I am trying to Assist edge community edition software the installation not working and I cannot able to install it in admin mode. Kindly please do the needful.

In case the community installer is not able to download the AssistEdge Community binaries, then please contact network team and check if there’s any open proxy using which teh software can be downloaded.
