After creating a new webapps, i can edit the preferred browser only once from Admin tab. While trying to edit it again, its showing all the fields as disabled.

Once you create and deploy process with a web app then certain field such as Preferred browser , Environment Type gets disabled to maintain sanity of process which is already deployed as each browser type uses different underlying mechanism for automation.
Only field editable will be web url
