Can you name the roles that have access to the Credential manager

According to my understanding and product usage, Super Admin, Admin and RPAProcessOwner has the capability to access Credential Manager.

You can validate this in Role Access page. Role Access and Prerequisites

Credential Management is Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

Users like Super Admin, Admin, RPAProcOwner can access Credential Management by default.
